Capabilities

Everything Validata can do

Build the survey, send it anywhere, and read the answers as themes. This is the full list of what the platform does today, in the order you will use it.

Question types

More than 30 question and content types

Single and multiple choice, rating scales, NPS, ranking, matrix grids, short and long text, number, date, contact fields, and file upload, plus welcome and end screens.

Pick the type that fits the question, write it, and preview the survey the way a respondent will see it. Every type carries its own settings, so a rating scale, a ranking, and a file upload each behave the way people expect.

Logic

Ask the right next question with logic and branching

Conditional logic shows or skips questions based on an earlier answer, and branching sends different respondents down different paths.

Give a detractor a different follow-up than a promoter, skip the questions that do not apply, and end the survey on a different screen for each path. The logic lives in the builder, beside the questions it controls.

AI-assisted writing

Draft the survey from a prompt, then make it better

Describe what you need and Validata drafts the questions. Ask it to improve the wording, change the tone, or generate the answer options, then edit anything by hand.

Start from a template instead when one fits: customer satisfaction, product feedback, market research, employee input, and more, each a structured starting point you can edit in minutes.

Collect

Send it anywhere and watch the responses arrive

Share a link, send it by email, embed the survey in a page or an app, add a QR code to print, or post it on social. Schedule the start, pause it, or cap it at a number of responses.

Then watch it perform: completion rates, drop-off points, skipped questions, and every individual response, in real time, so you can fix a question while the survey is still open.

AI analysis

Read every answer as themes, not one at a time

Validata reads the open answers and groups them into themes and patterns, then segments them by role, plan, region, or any earlier answer in the survey.

Each insight card is backed by the responses behind it and carries a confidence score, so you can see how much of the data supports a finding before you act on it. Put the result in a report the team can share.

Other use cases

Integrations

Send responses where the work already happens

Connect Google Sheets, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and similar tools, and each response flows there as it lands.

Add an automation to trigger a follow-up from an answer, so a low score or a request for a call becomes a task for someone instead of a row nobody reads.
